A difficult terrain where Internet connectivity and human resource availability both were a major challenge needed a system which reaches all their officers, enables paperless working of office productivity applications, with centralised management of services.

The first phase was delivered in six months, while coordinating withlike HP (who provided servers),WAN team (who managed the network) andthick-client manufacturers (who designed and built custom thin clients for KRCL). 11 servers, including backup and redundancy is all it took to deploy the solution.
